What we keep

When you connect Facebook or Instagram advertising to Trinity Expert, we keep only the connection itself: the access you granted and the IDs of your business, ad account, Page, pixel and product catalog. We never read your profile, friends, messages or posts.

How to delete it

Each of these works at once:

• In Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → remove Trinity Expert. Facebook tells us and we delete the access token and the IDs automatically. Facebook shows you a confirmation code.
• In your Trinity Expert cabinet: Advertising → Connections → Disconnect.
• By email to support@trinity-expert.com — we delete it by hand within 30 days.

What stays

Orders, products and payments of your store are not Facebook data — they belong to your Space and are not touched by disconnecting advertising. To delete your whole account, write to support@trinity-expert.com.
