The trial payment

The trial plan is a one-off check, not a period of use. It is not refunded.

Plans with a period

For the monthly and yearly plans the unused part of the period is refunded: the amount paid for the days that have not yet passed. The payment provider's processing fee is withheld from that amount — it is not returned on a refund.

How to ask

In the Space owner's cabinet: “Subscription” → “Refund”. State the reason — the answer arrives in the cabinet and in the bot.

How long it takes

A decision within three business days. The money goes back to the same card; banks usually credit it within 5–10 business days.

What happens to the Space

After a refund the subscription term is recalculated: the Space stays paid up to the day of the refund. From there the usual rules for an unpaid term apply — grace period, pause, closing of access. The data is not deleted.

When a refund is not possible

If access was stopped for a breach of the terms of service, and for periods that have already been used in full.
