Who we are

LVM GLOBAL LLC (“we”) runs the Trinity Expert platform at trinity-expert.com. Questions about data: support@trinity-expert.com.

Two roles

For the people who create a Space — our customers — we decide what data we keep about their account. For the people who visit a Space or buy from it — buyers, clients, team members — the Space owner decides what to collect and why; we process that data on the owner's behalf and only to run their Space. Each Space has its own privacy policy in its footer.

What we store

• Account: the name, email, phone and Telegram or WhatsApp number of those who create or enter a Space.
• What a Space owner enters: products, services, prices, team, clients.
• Orders and requests: the buyer's name, email, phone and delivery address, what was bought, the amount and the date. For services: the request, the photos sent with it and the appointment time.
• Technical records: IP address, device, browser and time of visit — for security and to stop spam.

Card details

We never see them. Payments are taken by Stripe: the card number is entered on Stripe's page and never reaches us. When a Space owner connects their own Stripe account, their buyers' money goes straight to that account. We keep only the amount, currency, date and payment number.

Data we receive from Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

Only when a Space owner presses “Connect Facebook” and approves the request. Meta then gives us:

• an access token limited to the permissions the owner approved;
• the IDs and names of the owner's businesses, ad accounts, Pages, pixel and product catalog;
• results of the campaigns started from their Space — spend, impressions, clicks — to show the report in their cabinet;

We use this only to do what the owner asks: create a product catalog and feed in the owner's own business, create and pause the campaigns they set up, and show their report. We do not read personal profiles, friends, messages or posts. We do not use the data to advertise ourselves, we do not sell it and we do not share it with anyone else.

Conversion events

If a Space owner has connected their Meta pixel, Google tag or TikTok pixel, the pages of their Space tell that owner's own account about visits, additions to cart and purchases. For a purchase this includes the buyer's email and phone, hashed (SHA-256) before sending, so the owner can measure their ads. This happens on the Space owner's behalf and goes only to the owner's own account.

Who we share data with

Only the providers the service cannot run without: server hosting, Cloudflare (encrypted backups), Stripe (payments), Telegram and Meta's WhatsApp (messages a person agreed to receive), Brevo (email delivery), and Meta, Google and TikTok — only as described above and only on the Space owner's instruction. We do not sell data. Where the law requires disclosure — only to the extent it requires.

How long we keep it

Account and Space data — for as long as the Space exists. A Meta access token and the IDs that come with it — until the owner disconnects Facebook; then they are deleted at once. After a Space closes, its data stays in encrypted backups for up to six weeks and then disappears for good.

Deleting your data

• Facebook connection: press “Disconnect” on the Advertising page of your Space, or remove Trinity Expert in your Facebook settings under Apps and websites — Meta tells us and we delete the token and IDs automatically. Step by step: trinity-expert.com/data-deletion.
• Your account or Space: write to support@trinity-expert.com from the address recorded in your cabinet.
• If you bought something in a Space or sent a request there: write to that Space's owner — their contacts are in the Space footer — or to us.

Your rights

To see your data, correct it, receive a copy, object to its use or have it deleted. We answer within 30 days.

Cookies

On the platform — technical only: they hold your session and language. On Space pages — technical ones, plus the Meta pixel, Google tag or TikTok pixel if the Space owner connected them.

Children

The platform is not meant for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

The version on this page is the one in force. When something important changes, we tell Space owners in their cabinet.
